Two Guys

Fun stuff in Ed Bell's character design class here. Had to take two characters and have them interact. Started out inking shapes and came up with these two characters where one was more of a bird type and the other more bear. I didn't realize I was doing Banjo-Kazooie 'til midway designing them D:

Anyway, really wanted to make the dynamic between them similar to that of Clint Eastwood in Dirty Harry. See, these two fight crime, but they used to have a policy where they never resorted to extreme violence. The younger bird guy started getting fed up with the crap that came from non violent restraint,  and one day something happens, he buys some guns and goes out to kill, bear guy tries to stop him.
